On Friday’s matchup, the Cougars dismantled Presbyterian 3-0. Junior Laura Ortega was a big key to Charleston’s success-scoring two of the team’s goals.

Charleston dominated Presbyterian offensively-outshooting them 24-3 including shooting 15-2 on shots on goal.

In the second game of the weekend, Charleston beat crosstown rival Charleston Southern 2-0-in their third shutout of the year.

Sophomore Alyssa Beck was the standout player for the Cougars. Beck took two shots on goal-scoring one in the weekend victory.
